How to automatically enable new songs

It seems that when a user adds a new song from the front end, that it automatically starts off disabled with no way other than the admin to enable it. How can I make it so it automatically becomes enabled once a user has added a song? Also, is there a way for users to go to a central page that has all the songs listed so they can pick and choose which songs they want to add to their playlist from the whole community?

Hello

You make me notice I forgot that important part in the documentation.
The component is based on ACL so you must go to the ACL manager of the component (in its options) and enable creation for public or registered.

I did that already. I gave registered users create and edit own permissions, but when i click on publish/unpublish icon it takes me to forbidden access page...

Have you tryed 'edit state'?
