Check your menu item ACL then.
Oh and if you talk about the tracks manager, this is normal behaviour, they will only show to you as owner.
Player can be public, tracks from tracks manager will only show to the current logged in user.

There is no issue with the ACL for the menu item and I am talking about the player item.

Here is a screenshot showing the player menu item above and the Latest Tracks module below:

Oh I understand now what you mean.
If you try to visit Your own player, you need to be logged in to view your own tracks or the component doesn't know who you are and can not show you your own tracks unless you visit a player page that has your userid variable in the url.
(url you get under the player when willing to share)
