Use Action->Reply instead of Quick Reply and use the confidential button from the text editor.

On that form, it seems tinymce javascript is broken and could result in our plugin failure. PLease test without a text editor and let me know.

Indeed without any wysiwyg editor the plugin works. But I need a wysiwyg editor. Can this be achieved with the plugin? By the way, what do you mean with 'tinymce javascript is broken'?

Sure it can work with an editor, but not with a broken one.
Try another one or try fixing Tinymce by updating it.
