sql error

hello, dd is not working properly....when clicking on any dd menu links im getting 1064 sql syntax errors...im also noticing there is no my hot score located on community builder profile.....also..i cannot locate any any dd plugins in the joomla plugin area...im not seeing any cb plugins, fields, tabs located in the community buillder area. were these connections to cb removed accidentally or is there another issue..im on php 5.6 and a fresh install of joomla. thanks

Hello, please share the exact error messages. They are probably due to incorect settings, in DD options and fields naming.
CB plugins are to be installed manualy as they don't use the Joomla installer.
They'll be in zip archive /install/plugins/communitybuilder/
Nothing should be removed when installing DD.

hey thanks again..so i located the cb plugin and installed it via cb installer and still getting the sql error. heres the error.....
1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'FROM #__comprofiler WHERE user_id ='623'' at line 1

fixed...seems ..im still not in...i just purchased geomunnity becuause now i need to set the map...but now map is not loading after adding api key...any ideas?

Hey...sorry i know its helpful when we post our resolve so others can trouble shoot..as per your instructions i uploaded the cb plugin inside of the dd component...then i set the date field as per the instructions on the product page...and gender field...and the error went away...but im still not in as im trying to resolve the geommunity locator issue now...ill post that in the appropriate forum...thanks again...also after posting in the other forum i will send you the link to my site as well as any credentials for my privacy if you dont mind..and thanks
