Hello,
Do you get an error message in the browser console?
You can also redownload it manually from the extension page and then update.

- Need help? Post the URL of the related page (eventualy as confidential info), it will help solve your issue faster.
- An error, notice or warning? report the exact message including the line number
- If you get a white page , enable error reporting and / or check your server error logs.

No, no error message. After I click "Update", the page "Extensions: Update" comes, but your product is not included, where can I reload on your page and download the current version? In "My Active Downloads" there are no version numbers.

Your product will not be displayed for update.

Where are the version numbers?
