Cannot see the extensions because of relationship status

Whatever I try, I cannot get to the extension in the frontend, because a message keeps popping up that says:

According to your relationship status, you're not supposed to use this feature on this site

I tried setting my EasySocial account on 'single' and nothing changed. Tried "All" relationship statuses, nothing worked (see attachment for all the settings I used.

Does somebody know what is going wrong here?

I am using EasySocial and I am having the same problem.
I just purchased this component today.
I have tried all combinations.
I hope to receive an answer by Tuesday, or I will request a refund.

Hello Nord,
I do not want a refund yet. Just if you cannot fix the issues.
I need the comp to work. And I am more than willing to support your hard-work and to be patient a little longer as the site is still in build phase.

So, what will solve this problem?
I will repurchase the comp (and I do keep my promises).

What do I need to do, to get this comp to work correctly?

I am using easysocial Latest Version 3.2.23

Does it work as expected if you disable all relationship status filtering?

- Need help? Post the URL of the related page (eventualy as confidential info), it will help solve your issue faster.
- An error, notice or warning? report the exact message including the line number
- If you get a white page , enable error reporting and / or check your server error logs.
