Is there an Demo for?
And how does it do this? Does it check if a script work? Does it load some Data from an Add Company?
How about an Proxy? What happened if a proxy block the Add Domains can it detect it to?

I ask because I will use the Revive Add Server who run on my own Domain and the should not get blocked together with my Hand selected Adds.

Yes there is a demo on the extension page itself

You mean the "Demo" Button? I use ADBlock, noScript + an Proxy and there is no warning/ information/... that I block Adds.
