Hello, i have purchased the Particle Module, but it cannot installed.
Joomla version, 3.10.3.
See the mistake in the attachement, please help...

Hello,
I doubt this is from our module as I just installed and tested it successfully on both j3 and j4. Can you precise how you get it?

Hello, yes, i have purchased the modul on your website, and have downloaded the module. Now i want to install the module on my joomla- website.
I go under extensions, install, take the module and install.
After that, the mistake comes, see other screenshot.
