[solved] Not working with the setting "Check ViewPoint"

Hi, I've bought this extension yesterday evening but can't get it to work the way I want.

I've added a module with the "Additional Value Only" as MySQL Query Type. The module is positioned below on a page. Therefore I've activated the option "Check ViewPoint (new)". However, when doing this the counter stays on '0' (zero).
If I disable this option it works just fine. Whats wrong?

I'm running Joomla 3.6.5 on a Yootheme Pro framework (template) and PHP 7.0.17.

Try setting a specific value , like 1 in the offset option.
If it doesn't help, post the page url.

Changed the offset to 1 but still no result.



It's called "Studenten"

In your case 1 is not enough.
By default a waypoint triggers when the top of the element hits the top of the window.
imakewebthings.com/waypoints/api/offset-option/

If you set offset: 100%
the counter will start as soon as its 1st pixel is visible.

If you set: 500 (without unit)
it will wait for the counter to be 500px from the top of the screen

I just tested with a similar layout as your page.

It would be nice to have the opposite; start if the counter is e.g. 50px from the bottom of a page.

Perhaps you should explain this in the "hover" help in the next version?!
