Heu non, je ne comprend même pas ce qui ne va pas. Illustrez avec l'url.

Hmm avez vous spécifié une url de support dans les parametres, c'est peut etre necessaire. Si vous n'en avz pas besoin, je peux supprimer cette necessité.

Non , en fait il suffit que le support soit "connecté"
