I bought this module today but I cannot make some areas work.

1. Support person image is not showing. How can I put the image?
2. The support signature is not showing as well.

Hi

1. If you compare to th emodule demo on this site, this is custom html within the support signature.
2. It might require you set a support contact url for the support signature to show.

1. I have the HTML code added under the support signature in the module.

2. What do you mean by this?
It might require you set a support contact url.

Do you mean I need to create new Joomla menu> Would you mind to tell me what exactly so I can set that up?

This is supposed to be a url of a page used by visitors to contact support team.
It can be a contact form or a forum url.
Set what you want , if you leave it empty. Support signature will not show.
