Support is online module - "Support is currently Open" is shown all the time and is not changing

Hello,
I have a problem with Support is online module, no matter what time it is, it always shows "Support is currently Open" despite a working week from Monday until Friday is set up and working hours are set up from 9-18.
Server time offset is +1 and Your time zone is +2.
Server is in Bratislava, Slovakia.
Do you have any idea what could cause this issue? Thanks. Boris

Can you please share a live url for the module and a screenshot of your settings. I'll have a look.

If you keep being connected with that ELYOTT user, support will appear online. It may be the cause.

No that is not the problem.
According to the open hours, it is supposed to be closed right now, as we have 19:37.
Opening hours are set up to 9-18.
It should be like "Support is officially closed, but stuff is connected" or "Support is currently closed, but we will be back shortly" - just like the screenshot from your site.

We can see always "Support is currently Open" no matter what time or day it is, also no matter if support member is connected or not.
There might be some bug, but I don't have any clue what could cause this...
Any idea?
