[fixed] Problem User-AltaUserPoints-New user

I have a problem with the plugin User-AltaUserPoints-New user

If plugin activated:
When registering a new user at the time of validate the registration, the user ends up with a blank page, he does not know if the registration is successful.
In the administration of the site this inscription is validated and an email is sent to the new user. (see images Alta4, Alta1, Alta2)

If non-active plugin:
user registration is going well but, in the administration the random code becomes code identifying and sponsorship code does not fit (see image Alta5)

Can you please check and report the error log for that blank page ?

I know not where to find the error log
In the Log folder at the root of my site, I have this

No this is not the right file
look for error_log
somewhere in your root folder , or joomla root or in administration folder
(you could have several)
Also it could be in your host cpanel error log page.

I just check on my side , registration went without issue..
Does the white page come befor email confirmation or after email confirmation ?

The blank page occurs after successful registration and sending the mail to the registered user.
No error on my internet access provider appache server.

OK, c'est peut etre un conflit avec Jomsocial.
Il ya forcement une erreur pour afficher une page blanche et cette erreur est forcement recencée dans un error_log quelque part.
Essayez d'activer le 'maximum error reporting " dans la config de Joomla.
Si ca ne montre toujours pas l'erreur, et si vous ne trouvez toujours pas le fichier error_log sur votre ftp.
N'hésitez pas à m'envoyer un acces ftp temporaire.
