Problems with Alta User points

Hello: good morning

1 - we have problems when we make a menu with User points profile layout, we have all complety broken, not posible to will see normal web page, we see only white page with data user of member, broken menu, broke all.

we saw at you demo page, in User points profile layout have Profile, medals and last activity, we havent this sections. only white page.

Please help us.

3 - when we go to invite form, we have broken form for add text, very litle space, not posible to will open more for will write there.

this is only for registered member, do you need admin or some demo user access.

how is posible yo will solved?

Hello

Try editing your user account menu item settings, disabling most options and enabling only one by one the one that you need. Let me know your findings.

we have only avatar, medals, referal and we have the same page white.

Enable error reporting or check your erro logs so we find out what's going on.
