How to I use the Raffle System? was created by garfry

I am sure there is some kind of input fields for people to enroll in a raffle.
There is not a menu item that I can see or module that is for raffles.

I found this:
{AUP::RAFFLE=2}

But all I get is this output when it is rendered:
Number of subscription for the current raffle: 0

I have all the functionality of AltaUserPoints working and it is great.
The last thing is the raffle system. I am still stumped.

Can you point me to some documentation?
The Ralle button only shows up in some of the editors.
Seems broken.

Hey, I would still love to use the raffle system. Anyway, I can get some info on this? I have the plugin in joomla article but it does not render.
