Support for CommunityQuiz?

When I "Auto-detect new rules" some new rules showed up:
-Community Quiz - Create Quiz
-Community Quiz - Respond to quiz
-Community Quiz - Passed Quiz
-Community Quiz - Failed Quiz

Can you tell me who is responsible for these rules?
I have trouble shooted a lot cannot get them to assign points for any action.
I cannot find any documentation about them.

Do you have the commponent community quiz?

Yes, this is what Community quiz said:

You need to do a couple of additional steps.
1. Enable Community Quiz - Quizzes plugjn
2. Set Points System option to Alta User Points in your component options.
