Hola necesito ayuda con la configuración de las reglas de "puntos personalizados" y la de "bonos".
Ya que al momento de asignar o hacer uso de estas no actualizan ni agregan los puntos a los usuarios
Ya active la reglas y actualice los usuarios pero sigue sin funcionar.

You need to make sure the 'custom points' rule is enabled, then go to the users list, select one and click the custom points button.
That's it.
- Need help? Post the URL of the related page (eventualy as confidential info), it will help solve your issue faster.
- An error, notice or warning? report the exact message including the line number
- If you get a white page , enable error reporting and / or check your server error logs.

Try both bonus and custom points rules.
Are other rules working?
