Hello, I installed AUP yesterday. Everything looks normal, but no points are generated. I usually test profile visits. The visitor receives no points. The rule is activated!

Can someone help me please.
Joomla: 3.9.18
Community Builder: 2.4.4 + build.2020.04.20.19.10.12.170256911
Template: Jf_Sirena
PHP version: 7.3.11-nmm1
Database version 5.7.28-nmm1-log

Are users synchronized?

- Need help? Post the URL of the related page (eventualy as confidential info), it will help solve your issue faster.
- An error, notice or warning? report the exact message including the line number
- If you get a white page , enable error reporting and / or check your server error logs.

Yes, all users are synchronized and the rule is activated. I would like to expand AUP with your extensions, but for that it has to work properly. I've read a lot in this forum, but can't find a topic that really helps me.

I dont get any further. Database looks good, no duplicate users. Is it the Community Builder? Urgently need help.

Hello, I have activated the rule "new user" and equipped it with 5 points. Then registered a new test user, it works. Profile visits don't work.
