Hello

I tried to sync users but i get the error message.
i have admin tools by the way, maybe its due to this.

Any idea ?

Maybe, you could check disabling it.
Also it can be caused by a duplicate user entry in the aplha_userpoints DB table. Check in phpmyadmin and delete that duplicate eventually.

Hello, when i try to sync i get this :

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this URL.

Possible causes of this error include:

The request was forbidden by rules in the .htaccess file.
The directory you requested does not have an index.html or index.php file.
The permissions on the file or directory are incorrect.

Hi,

In Phpmyadmin if you check the altauserpoints tavle, you might have a duplicate entry. Delete it and it should be fine.
