Coupon Code - Once Per User Not Working was created by pambesteder@charter.net

I have set the option to have a coupon code use only once by a user.
But when I click save, it changes it to ONCE a DAY!!

How do I fix that?
I don't want them to keep including the same code over and over and getting points for it.
