Click banner module doesnt work was created by surveys

i have downloaded and installed the click banner rule to reward my users for clicking banners.
However when a user clicks a banner it does not add the points i added in the rule settings. i have published the rule already. Please help asap

Hello,
1. is your rule sysplgaup_clickbanner enabled and set?
2. Are you users synched?
3. Is the user logged in when clicking the banner?

If these points are checked feel free to provide me with an account so I can check your setup and help.
