Let me know how these work.
Don't use the gurutask file but prefer following the pdf instruction document.
- Need help? Post the URL of the related page (eventualy as confidential info), it will help solve your issue faster.
- An error, notice or warning? report the exact message including the line number
- If you get a white page , enable error reporting and / or check your server error logs.

When I try installing through Installer, I get this error
Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file.

This is not installable.
Set the rule inside the com_guru folder then use the detect rule button in AUP.
The follow the instrunctions from the pdf file.
Let me know i anything is not clear.
