Email me with a precise description of what you want.
Confirm you understand the modification will have to be applied manually everytime you update Jomsocial.
It can not be provided as a plugin because there is no event trigger in Jomsocial for joining an event.
Confirm if you want the rule as an AUP rule or JS rule (to be imported in AUP)
Should the rule be applied to every one. eery time, one per user per event I presume...
