setting for aup

Hi,
i want to know how setting aup to assign point to users in 2 cases.
the first is that i want give to my users popint to write a review in my the article of my blog (not using kunena like the default in installation of aup)
the second is that i want to give points when my users click on a button to submit a survey or when them upload a file to send me informations and i press on button to approve.
You can tell me to setting right aup?
If need to create a plugin you can tell me the cost to develop?
