VirtueMart Rating Review AUP Rule

Hi,

I am wondering whether it is possible to have an AUP Rule whereby a user who submits a VirtueMart Product Rating/Review receives points. A Product Rating/Review can only be submitted by a user who completed a purchase, OR, a user who checks-in at the product geolocation. The check-in feature is currently not yet implemented, I am considering the possibility to utilize Nordmograph Geocheckin Suite integrated with VirtueMart, and/or maybe with Product Geolocator plugin for Virtuemart by Nordmograph.

Sorry for the multi-part questions. Would appreciate your advice on the inter-related Nordmograph extensions mentioned above.
