Which folder needs to define write permissions?

It seems the tmp folder setting in your Joomla config is not correct.
When fixed, reinstall the plugin, it will install the rule and solve your issue.
Otherwise, plugin seems to be set correctly to only debit points when reading articles from category 2.

the tmp folder, but more than permission, the absolut path must be set correctly in Joomla configuration page.

I installed it on a local XAMP, it didn't seem to work at all
