I got it working as it is:

You must enablePayment Data Transfer in your Paypal account (merchant)
And set the received Identity Token in the Joomla menu Item settings(Token field)
- Need help? Post the URL of the related page (eventualy as confidential info), it will help solve your issue faster.
- An error, notice or warning? report the exact message including the line number
- If you get a white page , enable error reporting and / or check your server error logs.

Look at the 2nd picture in post 32459. I do have the token as 1972. Not sure if that is what you meant. I will check paypal for that data transfer settings.

In your very 1st screenshot here you set 1972 as token.
Which is wrong ( and don't share it)
the true identity token is much longer with mixed letters and numbers
