Points purchase

We have purchase your extensions and want users to be able to purchase specific amounts of points through PayPal (instead of setting an interval), like so:

$1 = 5 Points
$5 = 40 Points
$10 = 80 Points
$25 = 200 Points
$50 = 450 Points
$100 = 950 Points

Is this possible, and if so, how do we do it? We are, of course, willing to pay for any custom development if necessary. (This is related to a question from msmela below.) Thank you.
