Paypal payment request

Hello. We're using the "buy points with Paypal" plugin and it is working with one problem. Our users can buy points. When they go to sell points back we get the email notification and the Paypal transaction works - the user receives payment for selling back the points - but the AUP systems does not deduct the points from their total. There is no "Pending Approval" in the admin and the link to allow approval in the email sent to the administrator doesn't do anything. What are we doing wrong? Thank you!
