Can a user Input amount instead of Drop down selction was created by surveys

I want to order this plugin but am skeptical if it will do what i want it to do! I want my users to be able to insert an amount like 2.7 or 9.99 instead of choosing from fixed amounts like on the demo page.

Secondly. can it also be possible for the user to add amount to withdraw like $50 and then shows 890000 points as a conversion the user clicks and goes and pays through Paypal?

Unfortunately, no, it won't
A user will have to choose the points quantity first.
