Clarification on component functionality

Hello, this is what i'm trying to achieve.
I have already registered about 1000 users in my website. They already have fill 5 differente joomla's custom fields:

- address
- city
- zip code
- country
- nation

now i would like to move all those informations on a map. How can i do it with your extensions?
With geocoder can i transform those informations to lat/lon data and put them in a map module or map component page loaded by a menu?
If this is not possibile i can ignore those fileds and ask users to fill a new custom field with a google map, then if they fill the map can this information be inserted in a map with all the users?
