When calling the
connect.facebook.net/ka_KA/all.js#xfbml=1
it switched the en_US version of the file.

What is the language Gerogian users use when visiting Facebook ?

Basically Georgian language. And Facebook has full translation

Yes obviously issue is not fromt he language as the ka file is still served in english.
The file at

As this is not a temporary glitch, there is an issue with your application.
Double check your Facebook App settings. And App references in the Share4points facebook settings.
