We now moved to a new server, and we have the same issue.

When module is active, it looks like this: ibb.co/i9mVsG

I can give an accesses to the website and ftp, if it's needed.

Hello,

Applying the previous fix should work as previously.
Also, note because of Facebook policy, we are discontinuing this extension. The reason is: it now can hardly pass the facebook review for publication for the user permissions it requires.
In other words: promoting content sharing with an incentive (points or rewards) is forbidden.
