Hello,
I installed share4points, i see the button, its working with facebook, i share a document and i see it on my facebook page. but i dont get rewarded by points and it does not show in the backend share report. Please help this is urgent. Try it at www.fansfrenzy.com

Hello
Make sure you get latest version.
What points system are you using? AUP?
Make sure the rules are set correctly.

I can't find it on your page. If these advices don't help, I suggest you set a specific page so you can keep it enabled for tests.

I am using Alta user point. You will find share4 by clicking on any of the blogs we have on the page. I did download the latest version. When you test it you will see the posting on facebook but no points added.
