System can't find the user2user rule was created by acghedini

Hi,

My AltaUser can't find the user2user rule. And the user account doesn't show the community points.

I'm using PHP 7.0

Hello

The rule is installed automatically when installing the component
Then create a menu item to the component end check the settings on the menu item
