Got it Installed, but totally confused was created by shih

I never used this component before. I tried to see how this component works, it says:

No backend available.

Just create a menu item linked to this component and set it up.

Then I created a menu to see how that work, when I hit the frontend it says:
Error
This rule is disabled.

However, in the menu setting of user to user point, where should I set up the rule?

With very little information, I started to get frustrated.

Do you have AltaUserPoints component installed? It is a free component, but it is required.
