I need you to check these errors. was created by simonebno@gmail.com

I have 4 messages with problems, 2 without component AltaUserPoints (Ponto-personalizado.png e bonus.png) and 2 in the component user2userpointes (user2.png e donation.png)

Sorry for the late reply.
The component doesn't have backend. This is not error.
For the usergroup issue, check that this current user has usergroup (administrator or super user).
If you set the change group AUP rule incorrectly, it can result in removing a user's usergroup.
Double check.
