Navigation with mouseclick and scroll dont work

It still does not work for me

I deleted my old site and today do a clean joomla install with ONLY the joomla templates Protostar and Bez3 and the streetguess component.

Beez3 template - Still dont work. Only way to navigate is by clicking the street arrows
Protostar template - Cant play at all because the street arrow dont show

I use latest joomla 3.8.6 and php 7.1.15

I put the &v=3.30 at the end of script url and after the word defer....is this correct?

No this is not correct
&v=3.30
should be added at the end of URL, not at the end of the line like you did.

ok so I put &v=3.30 at the end of the url

but unfortunately this dont do the trick

it was my mistake....I did not put &v=3.30 in the the correct place

And the problem is back...just the same as before. Not only my sites but also at streetguesser demo site.

I am now creating a new website based on the streetguesser game. But yesterday I see that the problem addressed earlier is back. I dont want to invest time and money on the new website if the streetguesser dont work (or if it is likely that it will be problems later of some reason). Maybe its because google has updated something and you need to change some code in the streetguesser game. So can you please try to fix it soon if possible. And if you cant let me know.
