Hello, I have created several categories. But in the frontend when I click on it it still shows all categories. I have made a small video

Best is too see it live , does it also happen if SEF is disabled ?

Yes SEF urls are the Joomla SEO setings.
Can you email me backend access and the front end url of your gifts catalogue ?
