Hi!
It seems notifications about new Gifts displays only after user authorization.
But 99% of users enable option "Remember Me", so they no need to login on site even after computer restart.
I believe, that notifications should displays with specific period, for example each 5 minutes.

No, it displays whenever gifts come or at next session start if user clicked on 'Later' button

Ok, I sent Gift to another user. This user already authorized.
And this user don't get any notification.
