[Solved] Feature info was created by may

-Other bug reporting:
Component Pending Gifts:
a) the tab shows also to no-logged users;
b) the tab <th> about Title/Description column, does not the label;

Yes for the b) issue. It there is no column title for it as the content is self explanatory and sorting by this column is not required.
