Issue with Gifts

Hello,

I have just purchased jGifts and started to test it but it is not working form for some reason. As a user, I get to the gifts page, select one, add a user to send it to and click on submit but i get an error page as per the screen shot attached. I have checked the configuration and couldn't find anything that could be related. Thanks!
