Problems with JGifts was created by M_Viper
Hello I have 2 problems and I hope that you can help me here
Problem 1: my order number is not recognized

Problem2: I can't add any gifts, the error [0 Class 'JObserverMapper' not found] always comes up

I hope you can help me with the solution

Hello

What is your Joomla version? jGifts only supports j3.
Let me know

I have the Joomla version 4 

if it is not supported, I consider this to be wrong information from them, as they have also indicated version 4.x here as can be seen in the picture 

For me, the support of the version was a prerequisite for the purchase
