I'll have a look at this. Does it also happen if SEF is disabled in Joomla config?
Give it a try and let me know.
If it also happens with SEF disabled, share here the URL structure (without domain eventually)

when SEF is deactivated the forwarding does work!
this is the non SEF URL:
index.php?option=com_memorizr&view=leaderboard&id=2&Itemid=2973

would it be possible to modify the forwarding links, when a score is saved, per game?
my situation is this: i present a single game in a Easyblog Post with an included score module from the game in the blog. i set there a hardcoded link to a hidden joomla menu entry were the single game is set.
now when a user is finishing the game he should returned to the blog and not to the leaderboard.
Is this possible to archive, it would be very useful to me!

Well let's investigate the SEF issue first.
Do you run a 3rd party SEF extension on this site ?
