[solved] An Error Has Occurred - 404 View not found

Hi.
Until last week all worked fine.
Now my customers purchase my book, pay by bank transfer.
When I get the money, I change the order status to Confirmed, so they can download the PDF.
But now they only get an error message:

An error has occurred.
404 View not found [name, type, prefix]: delivermedias, raw, downloadableView

I can't find the point. Can you help me?

Reinstalling (update) the component. It should solve this.

Did you change anything regarding your domain ? or urls? https? SEF?

Can you check thes exist:
components/com_downloadable/views/delivermedias/tmpl/default.php
and
components/com_downloadable/views/delivermedias/view.raw.php

Checked: both files are present.
No particular modification: only normal updates.

I submitted an order for test2, but noticed I could download test.zip (not tried test2 yet) successfully

ps: I could not log in with Chrome , Edge was fine.
