ok the order seems to be confirmed now as I could download test3.pdf successfully.

Is this solved ?

I'm very happy that you did succeed in downloading test3.pdf.
I will investigate why my customers did not.
One strange thing is that the download link is not reported within the confirmed order. In the past, it was.
Can you confirm that the download link is not present within your copy of the confirmed (accettato) order?

I confirm the download link is missing from the email order confirmtion. Make sure the vmcustom plugin Cart Input field is set to yes.

The option is set on Yes (see the image).
I don't know why it's missing in the order.
