In my secured site the tiles are linked unsecure like b.tile.openstreetmap.org/18/134652/86185.png .
How to make this links secured (to avoid mixed content): b.tile.openstreetmap.org/18/134652/86185.png

Can you try this
open
plugins/fields/osmap/tmpl/osmap.php
replace http with https in line 91
