It doesnt work at all!

I just bought Infinite Scroll which says is compatible with Joomla 4 and I installed it and it doesnt work! When I try to go to components -> infinite scroll I get:

An error has occurred.
Class "Infinite\Component\Infinite\Administrator\Extension\InfiniteComponent" not found

I would like to request a refund or to repair it. I am on J4.2.9.

My version of J4 is 4.2.9.

Please give me an answer as urgent as possible. If I do not find an answer I will be forced to block the payment of the extension. Thanks for the request!

1. uninstall previous version
2. redownload and reinstall.
3. let me know if averything is fine.

Hey, thanks for a quick reply (I actually wrote my own infinite scroll in the meantime but I would like to use your version anyway on other websites...). Are you sure you updated the archive? I went to my downloads, downloaded it again, uninstalled the old one using Joomla extensions manager and installed the new archive and I have the exact same error:

I just did the new download, uninstalled the old component and reinstalled the new one. The error remains the same. thank you
