no download link at configuration VM was created by amitmeyraz

Hi,
i install the 2 mods and 1 plug and activate them, i get this message:

VM Vendor uploader Module
Virtuemart Component found!
But Downloads MUST be enabled in Virtuemart configuration in order to use this module! Please Notify the webmaster

the problem that i dont have a download link at the VM configuration, what i have to do?
enclose a screen shot of configuration page , there is now download tab.
