Acymailing automatic letter

Hi,

Vendor are not automatically registered in acymailling. I try to delete and recreate letter without success. Could you please let me know the process ( i already reinstalled completly vmvenodrd 1.2.6 without any success

You must create a new (or exisiting) list in ACY then set the list iD in VMVendor option
And then each NEW vendor will be added to the list.

Again on this topics, it since the links didn't works.
Vendor list id 8 in vmvendor
vendor list id 8 in acy

creation of new user ( group vendor) it's not add to the vendor list. Is there a place ( code where i can check the correct links) ?

controller.php in the addproduct function if you want to have a look at it.

Happy New Year.
I reinstall old code for optimization reason (1.1.9d). And everything works perfectly except the holy links between acy and vendor.

We already investigated it but i will ask you to let me know some point : How the code reconize the user will be a vendor ?
in controller there's the following part, but i don't know where the it's identify that this user or this one will be vendor and will have to be in the list.
